Came to this Wendy's because of the location. I figured it would be clean and prompt service. Its was clean but busy and a little unorganized. What bothered me the most is that you have a staff seemingly was afraid to tell two gentlemen that they needed to wear mask covering their mouth and nose. I get they were very busy but the health of all the patrons are now at risk because you won't say anything. The one gentleman had a piece of paper that he held in his hand to cover his mouth and the other gentleman had a bandana style mask just covering his mouth. Safety should come first under all circumstances. Though, not once did any say anything. They actually took their orders. The guy holding...
Be careful eating here especially during this whole pandemic. Something told me to go in and order and when I did I was shocked to see a young lady boxing fries and nuggets with no gloves on. And some of the food touched the tip of her fingers. I asked the manager if she could tell her to put gloves on and to throw out all the nuggets and fries she just touch, she did. But 3 seconds later the manager proceeds to help her WITH NO GLOVES ON. I asked her what was the difference of the young lady and her doing the same. Then the manager informs me the food she bagging is not mine. Eat here at your own risk.
I came to this Wendy?s today with my family we are dispointed, we ordered 2 combos and waited 20 minutes for them to start our order. we watched customers come in and leave because nobody would take their order. None of them were wearing gloves, except the one making sandwiches, adding on they didn?t give us all the food we ordered, I saw something that disgusted me, while I was waiting for my food, I saw a woman with no gloves and she checked her phone and touched the bread after with no gloves. Would I go back there? No.
Dont ever come to this location for any reason. Door Dasher or Uber Eats? Good luck the food wont be ready. Going for dinner and lunch ? Prepare to wait for 25 minutes for cold fast food.
