Came in and ordered, only to be given the wrong food. Politely clarified what I ordered and was met with rudeness and attitude. We came in around 11am, and they had to pull chicken patties out of the freezer in the back to make my sandwich. It took 20 minutes to get a burger and a chicken sandwich, despite them filling a dozen drive thru orders in the same amount of time, and when the chicken sandwich finally came, the tray was shoved across the counter, and the rude staff member just walked away without a word. People are allowed to have bad days, but this was beyond that. I really wanted a refund, but at that point I just wanted to get out of there. Absolutely do not recommend this locatio...
I don't know who idea it was to send all drive thru customers over to park on the other side after paying but it does not work. There is no spot numbers or anything to identify you afterwards so the guy was out and just randomly asking people if what he had was their order. I had several wrong orders given to me and asked 3 times after I got my food where my drinks were. I eventually had to just go in. By this time, 25 minutes later, my food was cold.
Avoid this place don't eat here. The drive thru will try to substitute cheaper foods in the hopes you won't take the trouble to return. They also will not give you a receipt and will argue when you do. Very little in the way of integrity (and observed cleanliness). Perhaps when they go out of business we will get a better service.
This people treat door dasher very bad, like DoorDasher never eat food, I never recommend this place to eat very bad service staff are very rude. I recommend every door dasher give them one star, and I’m not going to eat anything from Wendy Worst staff worst service i had experienced

There’s this guy at the front who doesn’t take your order for a fat 5-10 minutes if they have online orders. They prioritize the wrong customers first you always prioritize your customers dining in first!!
I went to the window and the boy that was taking my order was very rude and disrespectful I honestly think he should be fired with how rude and ignorant he is.
I have been there many times, but food was average at best. Customer service is sometimes good. I plan to spend my money somewhere else from now on.
Worst wendys there is! Very slow and the employees don't really care, the food always tastes old and overcooked.
