I visited the drive-thru on July 20, 2020, at 5:50 PM to place an order for dinner for six people. After every couple of items I ordered, the person inside kept saying, "I’ll have your order at the window," despite my attempts to let him know I wasn't finished yet. When I finally got to the window, he rushed through the total so quickly that I could barely understand him. He took my card, handed it back, and said something like, "If you pull around front, we’ll bring it out to you," before shutting the window. I'm usually very satisfied with the quality of food and service from this location, but today changed everything for me. The guy at the drive through was very rude and unprofessional. When I was ordering, he was rushing me through my order. As if I was wasting his time. Also when I tried to add something to my order, he said they couldn't add anything at the window and that they were already backed up. To be honest. It's not what he said. Its how he said it. Very rude!! Very unprofessional!!
I'll start with my food was fresh, BUT it took forever to make it through the line they're incredibly understaffed. Take care of your employees and raise the wages, so both the customer and employees don't have to suffer because they can't keep up. I was inthe drive through for over half an hour. I could have ordered a pizza and had it delivered quicker for reference.
I've been a frequent visitor to this day. When I gave my card through the window to pay, I saw one of them treated my food with their hand. And then pull down the mask to wipe her nose with the same hand. Her other hand was gloved so it was to me why she used her lover. Lose my business.

We thought it was a fast bite (dine in) a couple of employees had been sitting there as if it were a day nursery for the family. A child had his laptop made ridiculous to hear it all the time. The food was cold. No utensils given. That was a second shot at this place. It won't be back.
Window closes at 1:00 am?at 12:06 I was in line. I saw the employees in there sitting down in the dining area. No one came to the window! I?m done with this Wendy?s! I?ll drive 20 minutes out the way before I EVER go to this one again and it?s only 5minutes up the street from me!
The restaurant is not open...only option is the drive-thru window. It was hard to communicate the order because the employees seemed to lack proper training on using this equipment. The lemonade we ordered was warm. I will not be returning to thisparticular location.
I was there late at night and the food was superbly delicious and tasted fresh ! Drive thru was super fast even though it looked like only one employee. The guy that took my order was very nice and mannerly. Tge $5 bag was so much food I had leftovers????

I went through the drive-thru and placed a very simple order for the $5 meal. Unfortunately, the only thing they got right was the drink.
The woman at the drive-thru was extremely pleasant—very much a quintessential Southern lady. I'll definitely return because of her.
