Had a vile experience. The grossest burger i have ever seen sure to give you a sense of loss of dignity. They messed my order up and gave me a small fry a medium drink and charged me for a large combo meal. Had to drive back as I was the driver and didn't look at my food till I got home (big mistake I know. One I won't make again) and then asked for a refund. Rating one star for the fact they gave me the money back. But I recommend any other burger joint in the area. Hell maybe even the people at McDonald's can make a faux burger better then them.
The Wendy’s in Milford has really gone downhill. The staff seems to be struggling with basic order accuracy, and to make matters worse, I overheard them disrespecting me in their native language, thinking I wouldn’t understand. I absolutely did and confronted them about it. You should have seen their reactions! Since I'm bilingual, I could grasp everything they were saying about me, a paying customer. This led me to go inside and speak with management about the situation.
I approached the first window and was asked if I was paying with cash or card. When I said cash, she instructed me to go to the next window. At the second window, there was a moment of hesitation, followed by a sigh, and she informed me of the total. She then went back to adjust something on her register. However, the bacon and caramel ice cream coffee were fantastic!
The food is great but the ones in the windows are terrible today, January 2, 2024, the person who attended the window went to buy at 130 pm, I told her thank you and she rang the window, a bad character by the way and the worst thing is that a Hispanic woman

I had a fantastic experience with the ride-through service. I placed a mobile order through the app, and it was ready for pickup as I arrived. The location in Milford is excellent!
The restaurant offers a delightful array of burgers, accompanied by a generous serving of ketchup. Each bite is a satisfying experience of juicy patties and flavorful condiments.
The ladies behind the counter talk smack about the customers in a front of them in Spanish within each other.The place is clean at least and open late.
This is a great spot for a quick stop. The parking lot is spacious, and there's also a section where you can park for some added privacy.
