While traveling I 26 on April 7 around 3pm we stopped in to get something to eat. I wanted a tacos salad and was told the chili was cold then I asked for a baked potato, but the chili was cold and they couldn't do it I then asked for unsweetened iced tea which I then was told there was none. I was also told there was no Coke, Sprite,or Root Beer to be had. There were no napkins out for use and only forks to use. I then had to use the restroom and it was the dirtiest I've been in any fast food place. It was absolutely horrible. We stopped to go to the bathroom and that was the closest place. When we walked toward the front door we saw a bullet hole through the front door. Already a red flag. We went in anyways and went into the bathroom. The floor was covered with ****. My mom went to lay toilet paper down but It was soaked with **** as well. The smell was horrid. They didn’t even clean the **** up, they just put a “caution wet” floor sign. Like I saw in another review, three workers were sitting down not caring at all for their job. We visited on a bustling Saturday afternoon for a quick lunch, and we were not disappointed. The app worked flawlessly, making the ordering process quick and easy. Our lunch was served promptly, and the staff member at the drive-thru window was friendly. Our order was accurate and complete, and the food was fresh and delicious.
I ordered a Chicken Sandwich combo (without pickles and tomatoes), along with two packets of honey mustard and one Bacon Jr. cheeseburger. However, what I received was the Chicken Sandwich combo with pickles and tomatoes, no honey mustard, and no Bacon Jr. cheeseburger. That's quite an impressive mistake!

Many menu items were unavailable during my visit. Additionally, the ladies' restroom was having issues; one stall was out of order, and the other was clogged with paper towels. When the towels were cleared away, the toilet leaked with every flush, which was quite unpleasant.
The food was delicious and served hot, and the service was friendly and quick. My only complaint was the lack of an open dining area. I noticed several people trying to eat while standing, which makes me hope for the future availability of a dining room.
They have got to be the SLACKEST Wendy’s I’ve ever saw. I never saw a fast food restaurant that always has a problem!! Their system is ALWAYS down now today they’re not taking orders until after the eclipse. Just shut it down already!!!
Tried to go to the bathroom before ordering but the bathrooms were a disaster! Told the personnel which looked busy with the orders and did not respond so we left to go to a different restaurant with clean, not flooded bathrooms.

I wish I could give them a half star. Was an awful experience. Ended up getting a refund for waiting 20 for a burger with mustard and they got it wrong. Awful awful..
This place was really dirty. The trash cans were overflowing and the counters were not clean.
