I just left this location a few minutes ago after spending 45 minutes in line. When I arrived, I was informed that the FREE pub fries weren’t included in my order due to a glitch in the app that prevented me from adding them. Instead of the manager offering to comp me the FREE pub fries, she chose to argue with me and insisted there was nothing she could do. The only reason I used the app was to try the pub fries. If I had opted to pay at the window, I wouldn’t have had to wait 45 minutes in line. What a waste of time! I won’t be returning to this poorly managed and undertrained Wendy's.
The staff is friendly and they seem to focus on their work rather than chatting. The restaurant is clean. I placed a takeout order through the app and went through the drive-thru, which wasn't my favorite choice because the line took a long time. By the time I got to the window, my food wasn’t ready, which was frustrating at first since I had to wait. However, looking back, I actually preferred it this way because I received hot food instead of cold burgers. The wait after reaching the window wasn’t too long—maybe about 3 minutes—so it wasn't a big deal.
We pulled up to the busy drive through at 1AM and had the best and funniest experience. Dave and Ron here handling the orders tonight. They were really perky and energetic. I never thought I 'll rate a fast food place so high, but they definitely made the trip and wait worthwhile. The food as always was crispy and tasty, but this review was mostly in acknowledgement of the great service we got. They deserve a raise My sister
May I please have a number 1, no onions, medium coke? Get home...open the wrapping. Onions fall out. This happens. Ok. Wouldn 't have minded it so much if the lady handing me the food thru the window could have said, here you go , or thank you or heads up! . Nothing. Handed me the bag like I was holding her up. I 'm not trying to date you. Just maybe let the customer feel just a little welcome. A smidgen.

This is another of those disappointing Wendy's (Media, Upper Darby, and McDade Blvd) where you sometimes wish you hadn't stopped. Paoli and Broomall seem the best.
I ordered the classic chicken sandwich, and it was delicious. The drive-thru service was quick, too. I’ll definitely be returning.
The fries were overcooked, and the tomato was inedible. Restaurant staff should remember: if you wouldn't eat it, don't serve it.
The wait time is excessively long, and my mobile orders are consistently incorrect.
