The service at this restaurant was awful. The manager was extremely rude and made us feel like we were inconveniencing her. Her English was difficult to understand, so we were unsure if our order was correct. When the order was incorrect, she did not apologize and instead rolled her eyes before remaking the food without explanation. I have no desire to return to this restaurant after the way we were treated. I left feeling very disappointed. Despite being polite and thanking her, we were met with anger and had a negative experience.
I've visited this Wendy's location multiple times, and I can't help but notice that their service consistently lags behind other fast-food drive-throughs I've been to. I'm not sure why, but each visit seems to result in frustratingly long wait times. It's a bummer because I love Wendy's food, but the slow service at this particular location can get frustrating if in a hurry. Hopefully, they can address these issues in the future, as it would really improve their overall dining experience.
OMG! Didn't know they had a 1 1/2 star rating but know why! My husband ordered a double with cheese plain. He gets home, opens the wrapper and there is the bottom bun and 1 hamburger patty with 2 pieces of cheese. He takes it back and the lady at the counter tells him the lady that made it doesn't speak good English! That's her excuse for wrapping up 1/2 a hamburger? And they're going to pay her $20 an hour? What the HELL! Sorry I didn't take a photo. He was pissed and left too quick.
This will be the first and the last time that I ever come to this Wendy's here in upland in my local neighborhood. I ordered the 644 and received all my food cold which is a great lawsuit. The fries were cold the hamburger meat was hard which I ordered the double stack and the chicken nuggets were cold and old. Did I notice in the back where Mexicans so they are not very sanitary themselves. I will let everybody know about this Wendy's and I will report it to OSHA immediately

I love Wendy's for their chili, loaded baked potatoes, and occasionally their Frostys because they are the best in fast food ice cream. However, I was extremely disappointed with the burger I ordered as it was not worth the price I paid. If you had seen my order, you would understand why I feel this way.
I had a Dave's double that was fresh, hot, and made just as I ordered. The restaurant was clean, and the employees were courteous, kind, and professional.
We ordered Apple Pecan salad and ended up with Long Hair Pecan Salad please inspect your food. Unfortunately this grossed everyone out at the table.
They can be a little strict with their hours. I arrived at 10:30 and they refused to serve me breakfast. They need to be more accommodating.
