Absolutely horrible! Very rude employees and disgusting expensive food. I have 2 experiences there to share. First story, I ordered a Dave’s triple and they gave me a single instead. I could go back and complain. Because they don’t give recipients without asking unlike McDonald’s. McDonald’s has the best service/ food for a excellent price. I was recently there a few weekends ago. This fat dude with glasses was extremely rude, he yelled at me when I was in drive to wait. I payed over 12 dollars and they deserve a dollar of it. I placed an online order at 11:00 PM, and the website clearly stated that the drive-thru would be open until midnight. I even received a confirmation email stating that my food would be ready when I arrived. However, when I got to the store at 11:15 PM, no one responded to me through the microphone, so I drove up to the window. There, the employee informed me that they were closed. I had to contact my bank to dispute the charge, as they had already taken my payment. There was no offer of a refund or any assistance, just a request for me to leave.
This is likely the most poorly managed Wendy's in the state. They often have just one overwhelmed employee during the morning and dinner shifts. The dining room closes around 5 PM, and by 7 PM, the drive-thru typically only handles online orders. The food frequently ends up soggy, and the wait times are unacceptable. I don't fault the staff; it's clear that upper management is exploiting this location.
I mean, it's fast food they are all basically a variety of suck. I will only get their chili with frys and nuggets as I like to dip them in my chili...nom...nom...nom... but I almost always feel like trash afterward. I wish they would use clean and healthy ingredients. But maybe it's just me. Price vs quality is so wrong. Almost every time I order for my family, they forget something in my order.

Absolutely trash, night person 2 times now messed up. Got 2 4 for 5$ biggie meals and got dry nastyJr cheeseburger instead of double stack and only 6 of 8 nuggets. Tried to return to get it fixed and it's closed at 1022 when supposed to be midnight. Guy was inside hiding on the clock and can't face a customer. Never again, I spent my last 10$ on dinner and it's disgusting. Wendys is dead.
Unfortunately, this Wendy's is inconsistent. I ordered two burgers from the drive-thru, and even though it was less than a five-minute drive home and I was very careful with the bag, the burgers ended up being a complete mess. I didn't ask for any special modifications, just the standard preparation. They tasted alright, but they were quite messy!
If you want your chicken sandwich cooked, then microwaved to the point of rubber on the road....this place is right up your alley!! Wasted time and money, just like the employee with 6 fingernails and some attachment that looked like knives. Be careful in many ways, when you eat there!!
I’m rating this on a scale of Wendy’s. On my scale, a nice Wendy’s can absolutely get 5 stars. But this one gets 2. This place is going to end up closing. I’ve been here a couple times. You will wait 10+ minutes to get your food, then it will be cold?!?

Anything decent or good is overshadowed by the incredibly poor and unprofessionally rude customer service. I get that you're working at a fast food restaurant but don't take your bad day out on your customers.
The last couple times we've been to Wendy's we ordered the cheeseburgers and each time you can taste mostly bun! They used to be good grease burgers but they must of changed it. Won't be going back.
