Customer experience was 5 on scale 1 to 10 with 10 being the highest. Associate did not understand that I only wanted to salad dressing and wanted to charge me a fee.. I asked for manager and she came with an attitude ..but she understood what I was asking for and there was no charge.. I asked her why the associate wanted to charge me and she said the associate thought I wanted blue chese crumble dressing.. We all need listening skills on the job. Would of had a more favorable rating
In my younger days Wendys was my spot only go now and then these days and I happen to go today, always loved their spicy chicken sandwich one thing for certain and two things for sure that is not the same spicy chicken I got in the past, it was verydisappointing, I never want another one, that?s the thing about life the more time goes on the quality of everything goes down,the prices go up of course though, smdh, wicked!
I visited this restaurant for a quick lunch on a Friday afternoon at 2 PM. There was no wait time, and I was promptly seated outside. The service was swift, and our waitress, Kerri, was incredibly kind and attentive. We wanted to be in and out quickly, and she made sure to accommodate us without rushing our experience.
soooo to say the service was subpar would be an understatement the cashier walked away while I was at the counter.... And they managed to mess up not only my m order but the 3 customers orders that were behind me suffice it to say I will not be visiting this so called establishment again Book a table now
I love Wendy's, but this one is the worst in getting the orders right. I have been here a few times in the last couple of months for convenience, but because of the service will drive out of my way for a better experience.
It?s called fast food but I had to wait a half an hour for a meal. This is ridiculous, the works slow as hell they do everything but pack order make food, somebody need some explaining to do?PLEASE DONT GO HERE
I frequent this restaurant since I work nearby. The service is consistently excellent, and the establishment is always well-organized. The prices are reasonable, and the portion sizes are generous.
I purchased a baked potato that was old and broken. I was in a rush so I didn?t check the bag before I left. Please don?t sell something like this to anyone else. Book a table now
I really enjoy Wendy's, but my only wish is that the fries are always served hot and fresh. They often seem to be old and cold.

"The food at this restaurant is fantastic! We did have to wait about 20 minutes to be seated since we didn't make a reservation. The service was excellent. We enjoyed a brunch meal, and the price per person was between $10 and $20. The food and service both get a 5 rating, while the atmosphere was a 4. We highly recommend trying the Chicken and Waffles and the Salmon and Grits dishes."
