Making Kim the manager of this Wendy’s, is the best decision that has ever made has ever made! Kim is the best manager that this Wendy’s has ever had! She is personable. She remembers mine and my family’s name, and always makes sure to wave at our baby with an and always makes sure to wave at our baby, with a smile! She goes above and beyond to provide the best, professional, and quality service! With Kim on shift, our order has never been messed up!Honestly, since she’s been there, we’ve started getting take out there probably 10x as often as we used too!Kid-friendliness: Kim ALWAYS makes sure to speak, wave, and ask how all of my children are doing, especially my baby!
We love this location! Kim is THE best! She’s so personable and my kids love her because she always speaks to them. They literally ask can we go see Mrs Kim. Our order is never wrong when she’s on shift and you can tell that her employees are happy every time she’s there. You can certainly tell that she brings an entirely new vibe to the atmosphere when she’s there! It seems like such a nice, easy going, yet professional place to be. Anytime any of the other managers are there it just doesn’t feel the same. Thank you for hiring Kim! She’s such a blessing to us!
I was informed by the drive-thru worker that they were short-staffed. When I tried to place my order using the app, I was unsure of the process. After a 5-minute wait, they finally started taking drive-thru orders. While I usually enjoy Wendy's, this experience was less than satisfactory and is now my least favorite location.
The food is generally delicious. If you order anything spicy, like nuggets or a sandwich, be prepared to wait 5 to 10 minutes for your order. The food is fresh, but service is not quick. If you're in a rush, it's best to avoid stopping here.

These places aren't considered fast food anymore if you have to sit at the order box 25 minutes before someone come back then they have attitude not my cup of tea. I just rode off with like 4 other
The French fries were reheated after being left to sit for too long. The overall quality of the food was disappointing. The restaurant definitely needs to consider hiring new staff.
