I’m giving this restaurant a two-star rating because we ordered two Baconators through the app using the buy one, get one for $1 deal, which I really appreciate! We also tried the chili cheese fries, and they were fantastic! I made a special request to add pickles to one of the Baconators, and it was done perfectly. I also asked for two sour creams, and all my special requests were fulfilled without any mistakes.
However, I deducted a star because my wife and I both thought that while the burgers are usually tasty, this was my first time at this particular location, and unfortunately, the meat was underseasoned. It also wasn't seared, which usually adds a lot of flavor to the burger.
Be cautious with your credit card at this restaurant, as Elena might take advantage if you're not paying close attention. She tends to be very defensive and may even create stories to cover her actions, and her coworkers are likely to back her up. It's important to ensure you have your card and receipt after paying. Moreover, the management here doesn't have the power to address or dismiss employee issues, so if you need to file a complaint, it's best to reach out to corporate directly to ensure it gets to the General Manager, Jin.
We spend a considerable amount on our meals, so it would be nice if some of that money went towards training the staff to treat customers with respect and a smile. After all, it's the customers who provide them with their jobs, and it’s disappointing to feel like a burden rather than a valued guest. The attitude I experienced at 3:00 PM was unwarranted, and I recommend this young lady consider a role that doesn't involve customer interaction. Shortly after my visit, she treated the next customer in the same manner.
I visited Wendy's on a Friday night looking for an affordable burger option. I ordered the $6 Big Bacon Cheeseburger combo, which included fries, chicken nuggets, and iced tea. The bacon cheeseburger was quite small—I feel like Wendy's has cut back on the portion size. I remember it used to be a bit bigger. I guess you get what you pay for. The customer service was decent. The restroom is located in the gas station area.

How can a business operate without public restrooms available? This is completely unsanitary for customers! I was very disappointed that I couldn’t wash my hands after entering. Thankfully, I had hand sanitizer with me. It’s unacceptable and unhygienic for customers not to have access to the bathroom. I will not be returning. I recommend getting food or gas elsewhere.
