This is actually zero star review. 6:30 pm on a Sunday. Blank stares of two employees talking to each other, look annoyed at me that I 'm here. No hello or goodbye. The drives through menu was not lit so I ordered an amount of chicken nuggets they don 't sell we don 't have 12 okay... you work here and didn 't turn on any drive through lights even to see the drive through lane so tell me what you counts you serve, I shouldn 't have to ask. Took way too long for not being busy, I left before getting my food because I didn 't trust that the people in charge would actually take care of the store, cleanliness, or safetyness was of the food at that point.
Wish I could give less than one star. Stopped at Wendy's this morning purely because the line at McDonalds was too long. Never had Wendy's breakfast before so gave it a try, firstly couldn't tell if the place was open or not, received the bacon cheese muffin and it was horrible, the muffin was not toasted on the inside and no butter...it was so dry and disgusting, the coffee was cold and lacked flavor. Service was slow. Better off waiting in the long line at McDonalds....you know the food is cooked properly and hot. Will never go back!!

It looked like they had just rolled out of bed and come to work. While it's not necessary to look perfect to work at a fast food restaurant, is wearing a uniform shirt too much to ask? Additionally, the staff member was coughing without covering their mouth. Disappointing.

On my first and second visit, I received incorrect orders and my food was freezing cold. When I returned a third time, the manager warned me that he couldn't guarantee my fries would be hot. When they arrived, they were overcooked and crunchy, as if they had been reheated in the fryer. The service was also slow, with my meal not arriving until 11:15 pm.
I tried the ghost pepper chicken sandwich and it was very well put together and tasted great, Both of the two sandwiches we ordered. They put the bacon on the wrong sandwich but was very friendly and gave me more bacon for the right sandwich. Good job Wendy's. Thanks
If you enjoy entering a restaurant run by rats, with unprofessional employees and one staff member walking around with a marijuana joint behind his ear, urging others to join him outside. The manager seemed more concerned with giving out free food to someone else.
The food was hot this time. Sometimes they have a problem with cold potato wedges. I was working literally a minute away and it was cold by the time I got to work. Now I ask for fresh one if I have time to wait.
