Super slow and understaffed. Drive thru had 3 people pulled up to wait and the drive thru is too narrow to pass someone so the entire line has to wait for them. Also the last two times I went inside there was no line but I waited 15 minutes to pick a mobile order up that was posted 25 minutes previously and they still hadn't made it yet. When I got the order, the cold brew coffee was warm not cold and very weak. I recommend going to the Wendy's on telegraph instead. Update: ordered here via door dash and it took over 40 minutes. Dasher said the staff is just ignoring him while he's been waiting there 20 minutes
Ordered on UberEATS the driver had an extra 15 minutes wait on my food get here and delivers my food several items missing so I call they just let the phone ring then somebody start keep calling back so then somebody starts picking up the phone and hanging it up this was like crazy so I paid 35 Plus dollars for two combos and don't even get all my food and then the audacity of them not to even answer the phone this is Thursday January 9th 6:00 whoever that manager is messed up
The restaurant was infested with flies, my DoorDash order (as the driver) was delayed by 45 minutes even though the app indicated it would be ready upon arrival. The food delivered was uncomfortably cold, and I felt sorry for the recipient. Overall, I do not recommend this restaurant for delivery. Struggling to find quality people, TeeTee is under constant pressure due to not enough employees this is a busy location and she keeps her cool in front of customers and proceeds to do her job well. A+ to her for hanging tough and sticking it out! Baked were fine nuggets fresh fries all good. Keep doin you girl! Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

If you're willing to wait over 30 minutes for just one bag of food, then this is the place for you. Despite only one car ahead of me, I still had to wait at the door for my food. After waiting for 10 minutes at the speaker, I experienced poor customer service. Overall, I would rate the service a 1 and the atmosphere a 2.
