If it was possible to give this location a 0 star I would. I placed an online order for drive thru pickup. With 1 car ahead of me, it took 15 minutes to get to the order intercom. I sat there for 15 minutes and no one said anything. After waiting in line for 30 minutes I pulled to the window and told the employee my order and he told me I had to go back around into line. I asked if I could come in he said yes. When I walked in another customer was escalated as he also was waiting forever just to be seen. After waiting inside for 10 minutes they finally greeted me and my order was just sitting there and they handed it to me. Except it wasn't my order, it was someone else's. So I just wasted a...
The intercom system is very poor quality. We ordered food and drinks and the only received our drinks. The employee asked 'what were we waiting for and we said our food order. She didn 't hear the order and said we needed to go back in line to reorder. Employees need a lesson on Customer service. Very poor service. We will not be back. Service: Takeaway
Came to your establishment today I was greeted by a cashier with his cell phone to his ear having a casual conversation like it was okay. I politely told him no thank you pulled off. Worst Wendy's ever. I will never go back there. They can't get the orders right. The staff seems poorly trained. The drive thru speaker is horrible.
