Arrived to Wendy’s and waited at the counter to be acknowledged. After a wait, we were told to turn around and use the kiosk on the wall to order our food. We seemed surprised as there were 3 employees standing around talking. We walked over to the kiosk to order our food and wanted to choose a different side than fries but the kiosk was not allowing us to do so. My husband asked one person behind the counter how to change the side option and we were told there isn’t a way to do so. We promptly left without ordering and drove to the next light down and ate at Dairy Queen. No wonder Dairy Queen is packed with customers and Wendy’s is empty. When arriving to Dairy Queen we were greeted quickly...
We tried to order on the kiosk inside! Tried all 3 and told the woman behind the counter that they wasn’t working. She said I’ll be over so she starts helping another gentleman and said that’s all you have to do ! I said it’s not going to go through and it didn’t a bid Red notice came up and said you are SOL ! I said well you can take our Oder over there and she said no I can’t !! We have no control if the wifi is down!! Can you imagine! Another girl came in that was trying to use the app and hers would not let her order either! All down with Wendy’s!! WILL NOT RETURN!!
Nikki the so called Manager shouldn't be managing a lemonade stand. I show up 15min before they closed and they do not want to work. Rude and ignorant to say the least. I will be calling corporate and sending them my video from my car cam with all interaction including her hangup on me while I told her why I will be filing a complaint. Terrible business representatives. I understand its fast food at night but there's no excuse for that type of careless and unprofessionalism.
Arrived roughly 2 hours from closing time after a long day of work . They were super friendly the place was clean . The food was awesome and fresh . Definitely would come back . Firstly they shooed me away from the counter and pointed at the kiosk ordering system. Then after ordering a $6 blt biggie bag I received only my sandwich...I didn't even get a reciept. If I have to place my own order and employees still get it wrong why would I return? Simply put... I wont. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
My baked potato wasn't even split open. It had the cheese and bacon just poured over it and half of the potato either wasn't cooked or just a bad potato it was so hard.
