I have pretty good experiences with this location. I love the chicken nugget meal. The fries are almost always crispy. The only time I was slightly disappointed was when my nuggets were somewhat cold. It was an odd time of day to order though, so I understand (I worked many years in fast food . The only other downside is that they don't seem to regularly have the strawberry flavored frosty. It's so amazing! I'll admit that can be disappointing. Otherwise, I like this location. The staff is very professional and polite. I'll definitely be returning (far more often than I should! . I definitely recommend it.
The food is usually pretty good but the customer service is terrible, do not go here if you don’t have at least a half hour to wait for your food and make sure you check your bag before you leave because it’s almost always wrong. The attitude of the employees is always baffling to me they quite literally have said to customers that they don’t care. If you NEED wendys and this is the only one around sure it’s fine but if you have an alternative I wouldn’t come here.
I tried the new spicy chicken mozzarella sandwich and found it to be quite dry. The breading was thick and the cheese patty tasted like grease that needed to be changed. However, it was just okay. I would be willing to give it another try to see if there is a difference in taste. I always thought they had the best chicken sandwich around, but it seems to have changed since I worked there when I was younger. I still love the food and had a great work experience.
This is a great group of people as far as customer goes but management needs to assess operations. They seemed a bit overwhelmed. Lately do not get in line unless you have at least 20 minutes to wait in line. Often items like chili are out. So disappointing to sit in line forever and then can't get what you want. Give these great young people some help!

My experience at this restaurant was disappointing. It took a while for a cashier to take my order, even though there was only one person in front of me who had already ordered. I ended up waiting over 15 minutes for my food to be delivered. I would not recommend dining in here, as it seems their priority is the drive-thru. Not a good experience.
Ok so yes it's a Wendy's, but I've been 3 times and every visit has been spectacular. This might be the best Wendy's I've ever been to- juicy burgers, hot crispy fries that aren't dry, and they always get my order right. Great job Wendy's, Glen Burnie, and thank you. You guys make some quality fast food!
They sometimes get your order right. The food does not be hot when you receive it. It is Luke warm at best and the fries are always cold. I gave them a courteous 2stars because my drink is at least always cold and they never tell you their Frosty machine in broke unlike McDonald's..
The store manager looked very unkempt. Many of the tables were dirty in the dining area. Had to stand at the counter for about 8 minutes before we were waited on. The girl at the counter seem to be more interested in drive-up customers.

Worst Wendy’s ever. Rude staff and store constantly close early. Go further down Ritchie to the one across from Marley station mall. You will get much better service and food there.
The burgers are still delicious and the Baconater is incredible! The new renovation is very impressive.
