I decided to go back to Wendy's and explain that my order was incorrect and missing two burgers. The woman who handed me my order at the drive-thru came over and acknowledged the mistake without making excuses. She quickly apologized and owned up to the error, which I found refreshing. She didn't try to brush off the mistake or pretend like it didn't happen. She also had a good sense of humor about it. I wish I knew her name so I could give her some praise. She definitely deserves it.
This Wendys in Suffolk is top-notch. While the menu items are consistent across all locations, the staff at this particular restaurant truly goes above and beyond to ensure a great experience. They are friendly, genuinely happy to serve you, and take care to prepare your order with care and attention. Unlike other Wendys locations, they do not simply toss your order in a bag and hand it to you - they show genuine care and consideration for their customers.
Food has lowered in quality from the last time I went to Wendy's. The staff was friendly enough though, which gives them a second star. But there's no where for me as a father to change my baby and the bathroom was disgusting. The furniture was broken and no one was cleaning the spills by the drink serving area that had been there for awhile.
I had a pleasant dining experience at this restaurant. I visited at lunchtime and found that everything was freshly prepared. My order was ready in less than 3 minutes, thanks to the efficient service at the drive-thru. The staff was friendly and provided good service. I would give this place four stars! Book a table now
Lost my appetite after being served by a lady with more facial hair than most men, and only two rotten teeth in her mouth..Hope not handling food. Wake up hiring manager! I’m staying away for a little while till she’s gone.
The drive thru had about 6 vehicles, so we went in. Lunch crowd. The staff was polite and fast. The fries were indeed crispy and warm when we came back to the car. Only 1 pair inside.
I ask for no onions on my double stack because I'm allergic. So I'm out two burgers and hope I don't get sick tonight. Thanks!
The double burger was overcooked, and the chili was too watered down. If this keeps happening, I might stop going there. Book a table now
The sandwich was hot, fresh, and delicious. The fries were great too! I really enjoyed my meal.
