Sunday October 9, 22.... I went through the drive thru around 2:30 pm. The way the employee greeted me. She basically said what do you want. I said excuse me!! She said can I help you. I ask for a bacanator combo meal.. she interrupted me and said med orlarge? I was still telling her what i wanted and then I proceeded to tell her i wanted med size and my drink. This wendys used to be a great choice for some quick and good food. But now I can 't seem to have an acceptable experience. The last 4 times I got food from here, I had a combination of 30 minute wait times, missing sauces, out of stock, and wrong orders. Most recently, an employee told me they were out of pretzel buns (for the second time consecutively), whatever, Ill take it on a regular bun. Then I 'm told by staff that they couldn 't produce a Frosty. No big deal, I got a lemonade as a substitute. I get home and unwrap my food, I have a grilled instead of homestyle chicken. Don't eat inside, go through the drive thru and save yourself the trouble. Spent 10 minutes waiting to place an order when there wasn't a line. No napkins, no ketchup cups, dirty tables, dirty plastic ware receptacles, no ice, just WOW. Also,dinning room smells like it wasn't cleaned properly, odor of old food. I don't see a manager but seeing how this place ismanaged he's probably the problem plus employees don't seem happy. Would not eat inside again, very bad experience. I think Iknow why the drive thru is always busy at night, not because of a surge in customers but the incompetent crew working here. Have some pride in your work, corporate should review this awful place.
I had to update my review. Over the past six months, they've changed their prices twice. It's frustrating that depending on who's at the register, the same meal can have a different price on consecutive days. For instance, a 4for4 meal with a large soda was $4.89 yesterday, and today it was $5.21 for the exact same meal. The cashier insisted that the price, including tax, was $4.89, which is incorrect because $4.00 plus $0.28 in tax is not $4.89. I get that inflation affects prices, but this isn't just that. I've been a regular at this place for over a year, visiting multiple times a week, but I might reconsider my visits.

This is the only Wendy's my family frequents. We usually visit in the late afternoon or evening, and it's always a great experience! The food is consistently fresh, and we never leave disappointed. However, when I stopped by around 3 PM today, I could definitely notice a difference in quality. From now on, I think I’ll stick to visiting during the evening hours. The new manager is fantastic, and all the staff are quick and knowledgeable. The night shift always earns a solid 5-star rating from me. My experience today is why I gave this visit a 4-star rating.
This Wendy's location is consistently disappointing. As others have mentioned, the quality has gone downhill recently. During our most recent visit with my family, we had multiple issues: a missing drink, none of the requested sauces, fries instead of apples, and only 4 nuggets instead of the 10-piece order we placed. To top it off, we had to wait over 20 minutes in the drive-thru to pick up our incorrect mobile order. It was a frustrating experience to say the least.
Jason was incredible; he engaged with me as if he were a restaurant waiter rather than just an employee at a fast food chain. He truly deserves recognition, as I’m sure he extends this level of service to every customer. I don't typically leave reviews, regardless of whether my experience is good or bad, but I felt compelled to write one this time.
I ordered the pretzel bacon pig, but it didn’t come with the crispy fried wobble that I was expecting. The fries were soft and not the fresh, crispy texture that was advertised. Usually, this place never disappoints, so I hope this was just a fluke and not a new trend.

Very slow at 9nt, cant believe i waited for 50 mins to get my order using the drive through. Its is a wait through not a drive through. This is my last vist to this place.
This is so bad place, manager is bad man and he don’t want help u. And he don’t give order in store, only drive thru but what is different? I don’t recommend
