I decided to visit Wendy 's for breakfast. My first. I tried to use the kiosk to order but could not order coffee instead of a soda. I went to the register and felt uncomfortable because I had to use the register. The manager had to sign in the cashier. I ordered a breakfast meal. The bacon on the crossiant was tough and hard to chew. The egg at 6am was clearly previously prepared and tough. The potatoes were okay and easy to eat. I visit this place every morning for iced coffee, and it's usually great. However, during my last visit, I ordered four coffees for myself and some friends, and unfortunately, they were all very watered down. I spoke with the manager, who was incredibly helpful and understanding, and he fixed our order. I really appreciate excellent customer service, which can be hard to find these days. A big thank you to the manager for handling the situation so well!
Austin is the most helpful fast food employee I’ve encountered in years. He was cheerful and chattty with the customers. He noticed I didn’t like my new fuego fries and offered me a replacement without me even asking. He was working hard and being kind to the customers the whole time. Very valuable asset to my team! I absolutely hate that they’ve gone to ai ordering in the drive through. That thing is useless you have to repeat yourself multiple times and it still doesn’t understand. I had lunch at Wendy's, where I enjoyed a generous salad alongside some delicious fries. The portion of the salad was impressive, and the fries were absolutely tasty. To top it off, I paired this meal with a refreshing strawberry lemonade that was the perfect compliment.
We consistently prefer Wendy's over McDonald's. This particular Wendy's tends to be quite busy, which often results in a long wait, but they never get our orders wrong. The staff is friendly and always pleasant.
