I've been down to Wendy's many of times. Since I put one in Emerson Georgia. But this last few times I've been down there it's getting worse and worse. One day I got down there I was in the Drive-Thru at 10:29 they open at 10:30. October 31st 2023 Howard classic chicken sandwich with bacon for a BLT chicken sandwich and a large fry I got it pulled up out in the parking lot to eat it the chicken sandwich was cold very cold the chicken was dry and old it had one piece piece of lettuce on the sandwich which should have been thrown in the garbage the bacon tasted like it was days old the french fries which cost me $3.49 was old cold they should have been thrown in garbage if this is the kind of food you want to eat this is the place for for you
Terrible customer service. We pulled in at 9:30 on a Saturday night and they told us they were closing. 10:00 is supposed to be when they close. From reading other reviews, if I were owner or manager, I would be making some changes. Most Wendy’s have great customer service and food. This location is very nice and it’s sad this particular restaurant has terrible reviews. Just go to next exit. Plenty of options.
This is a nice Wendy’s but I think they are having trouble getting people to work. I ordered a frosty fries and small chili. Everything was good except the chili it had absolutely no meat in it just a bowl of beans, onions and peppers it used to be good so next time I’ll go to Publix for my chili.

It tastes like every other Wendy's. However in Northport it's better than McDonald's or Taco Bell or anything else you can get. At least they act like they care a little bit.

Worst meal I have had a fast food! The big bag wasn’t very big and the nuggets hard . Burger taste like cardboard and the French fries to salty and cold .
Out of baked potatoes, out of chilli, out of salads….just close then. Saw numerous people after me leave the drive through for the same reason
