First off, I could barely hear the person taking orders, but the manager was yelling through the speaker, which was jarring. I ordered a Dave's Double and a free Jr. Frosty, as I had a 2022 card. I never received a receipt, but I trusted they had everything correct.
When I reached the second window, I was handed two Frosties: one small and one Jr., with the Jr. overflowing so much that it dripped down the side and the lids weren't secured properly. When I asked why I received two, the cashier just shrugged. I inquired if the person at the first window had charged me for both, and she confirmed that he did, without offering any apology or correction. It turned out she was the manager.

Ordered two sandwiches from the rudest person I?ve ever spoken to. I only checked one since they are picky about their food. It was entirely wrong, I went to get it fixed and the blonde haired girl was even more awful. Then she clearly told the very nicelady cooking the wrong sandwich as it was wrong AGAIN. I get home to see that the one sandwich was wrong twice, and mine wasn?teven the right type of meat. They may not be expensive, but there is no reason to waste your money here. I've changed my review from 2 stars to 5 because the new management and staff are providing exceptional service. With four boys, Wendy's is a go-to for me when things get busy. After years of frustrating and disappointing experiences with the previous team, this change is not only a welcome improvement, but it’s also a real blessing. Now I can quickly feed my kids between activities without worrying about incorrect orders, complaints, or wasted food. Thank you to the new team for genuinely caring about your work—it really shows. I look forward to visiting often!
What happened to Wendy's? Kid who took our order was so disinterested in what he was doing. Looked like he had been sleeping in the back or something. Not friendly at all, and was wearing his filthy jeans down past his butt so that when he turned around we got a clear view of his underwear. Manage tried to pick up the slack but he just didn't care. Last visit here.

I decided to give this Wendy's a try today. When I arrived at the drive-thru, there were only a few cars in line. However, the line barely moved, taking about 10 minutes for each car to get through. After waiting for 15 minutes without any progress, I decided to go elsewhere.
I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant! The food was fresh and tasty, and the drinks were great too. The new strawberry frosty was incredible, but I hope they introduce the other two flavors as well because vanilla definitely deserves a spot on their menu.
This restaurant consistently serves the best fries. They're always fresh and perfectly salted. They're so delicious that I could easily go for a second serving. Only a higher authority could decide if I should treat myself again.
While the service at the restaurant was good and the wait time was reasonable, I did notice that one item was missing from my order. However, the quality and temperature of the food were very impressive.
