Horrible customer service and experience. After a long day I placed an order for 3 wings and fries. The fries were fine, but two/three of my pieces of chicken were bleeding and uncooked. I called them and asked for a refund and they told me they could only give me store credit. I then asked for a refund for my meal, he told me if I drove up there he possibly could work something out because it was no one in the store to refund me but by the time I get there it would be. I know
Great place for Asian food, wings, sandwiches, and salads. The prices are affordable and it?s open until midnight on the weekends. The service is quick and efficient. I ordered Singapore curry noodles and I asked to not put eggs but they still did. They replaced when I complained and offered me a complimentary drink due to the order mess up. The staff is friendly and helpful.
I ordered a chicken and cheese sub, but they forgot to add the cheese. I also ordered a vegetable mei fun, but I couldn't eat it because it had egg in it. There was nothing wrong with the food, but I don't consume meat and the egg wasn't specified on the menu. I wish they had a vegan-friendly option on the menu, but unfortunately I won't be able to eat here.
I recently attempted to place an order from a restaurant that I have ordered from several times for delivery. The person who answered the phone asked me how much I was willing to tip for my delivery. It seemed like they were trying to take advantage of me, and I was concerned that my food might not arrive hot. I will not be ordering from them again. Book a table now
First time I ate there it was fine, no complaints. Second time the wings were refried and old but not all of them, oddly enough. Not impressed with their fried rice either and it was too salty. I had heard nothing but good things like this place was the best in the area. I was dissapointed.
OMG the food was amazing and well presented. They provided great customer service, and the place was very clean. I couldn't leave the place without rating them. I would definitely refer anyone to taste the food at Wenny's carryout. It's really amazing. Great staff
