I was ordering when all I hear is a girl in glasses complain on how she dosent want to be there no more and how people were annoying her right in front of me. I found this very unprofessional and ou guys shouldn't hire girls who are just going to complain the whole time.Not only was she complaining loudly but while getting our drinks she left them there and then went to the back with some tall guy and made me wait another couple of minutes this is a very unprofessional worker and shouldn't be working if they are just going to fool around

We were attended by Sydney and I’m very disappointed. Food handling should be on the top list of your training. Another employee was mopping the floor as Sydney dropped the bag in which she was putting our order in. She picked it up and put our items in there. Just before that, she picked something up from the floor, grabbed a broom and swept something she dropped and didn’t wash her hands to bag our items up. These kids are young and need better training on how to work and groom their hair when working with food.
Honestly, the staff here seem so unhappy—no smiles, just stoic expressions. The person making the pretzels is incredibly slow and looks like he dislikes his job. They didn’t have any regular pretzels available, and we were told we had to wait 20 minutes since they make them to order. I ended up spending almost $30 on two pretzels and two cheese dips, only for the food to arrive cold. I won't be spending my money here again; I'll just go to Annie's instead!

A representative from this restaurant contacted one of our participants for an interview, then rescheduled and subsequently ignored them. This behavior is very unprofessional and quite suspicious.
I bought $40 bucks of food, and the cinnamon bits I bought were the coldest I had. I tried to exchanged it for fresh and hot and I was denied
I have nothing nice to say. The guy literally said it's plain. We just sprinkle it, so why charge extra?
This was the most expensive piece I bought $18.0 Mini Meal today was the first and last time I bought.
