My family and I have visited this Wetzel's Pretzels location several times and have always enjoyed our visits. Unfortunately, on 05/30/25, we had a very disappointing experience with a particular woman who was not only rude to us but also kept staring at our family throughout our time there. In my view, it was the most disrespectful encounter I've had at Disney Springs. Based on how she treated other employees, I strongly suspect she was their manager.
