I like the concept of the store, the shopping experience is mixed. They still have the best selection of produce, dairy products, cheeses, nice meats and fish (very expensive), and an interesting variety of homeopathic/health products. However, I only shop here for specialty items. Most of the prepared salad I 've gotten from the salad bar have been terrible. My other issue is that many of the workers here seem to have had little or no training, and some are just plain lazy. Two stars because the produce is usually good last week FROZEN 6 pack of Cod was bad I mean disgustingly bad I had to throw them all out someone clearly didn't keep it frozen on its travel to WF or how it was kept at WF. Whole Foods is the perfect place to shop. They offer top-quality produce, meats, and fish, with a significant selection of organic options for those who are interested. Since the onset of COVID-19, they have reduced their self-serve bars, but you can still order sandwiches, hot foods, and pizza. The baked goods are exceptional!
I'm an avid fan of Whole Foods. I really appreciate their 365 brand and the unique products that you can't find anywhere else. The personal-sized raspberry mousse cake is outstanding, and their muffins and bagels are incredible. Everything at Whole Foods is fantastic!

When I arrived, the line moved at a reasonable pace to get inside the store, as they were only allowing a few people in at a time. I was able to find most of what I needed without any problems. However, I found that some items at Whole Foods are quite overpriced.
Great hot bar food, and exceptional smoothies. I was not sure what to get but the service was very good and they helped me make a decision in regards to the smoothies that were perfect for my partner and myself.
Horrible customer service experience! Never has been an issue before, everyone is usually helpful. An employee named Keisha refused to help me with a product. Hung up the phone on me three times!!
