SLOW CLUELESS WORKERS!Monday, July 25, 2022. Went through the drive thru at 9:05 p.m. My order included 2 small drinks and 2 apple pies. It took 25 minutes to get through the drive thru and the two young women who were working the drive thru window were clueless. Neither one of them knew what our order was they kept looking up at their screen with a dazed and confused look. We kept having to repeat what our order was before they finally got it right. The other problem was they kept asking people to pull forward and wait for an order but not asking those customers to pull forward far enough to prevent the rest of the line from being blocked. The night manager Stephanie is by far the rudest person I have ever met in service industry history. I have been here at night multiple times ,and she openly makes these rude comments to where customers can hear. Idk if she realizes she can be heard on drive thru or not, but if you’re a manager I’m sure you know how to work a headset. Attitude just nasty. Carrying around huffing and puffing like she hates to be there. The other day I was ordering my food, and she told me I was speaking gibberish. I had the worst experience at this Whataburger! I placed an online order at 11:20 with a scheduled pick-up time of 12:05. When I arrived at noon, my order still wasn't ready. I waited at the counter and watched as nothing happened. Many customers were visibly frustrated with the long wait. I overheard another customer having issues with her order, which didn't help the situation. When I inquired about my order again at 12:32, the staff member gave it to me but falsely claimed, "Oh, I went looking for you." I was the only one in the drive thru when I arrived. They had to ask me several times what my order was. (Lg coke and a sausage biscuit) i get to the window and wait. She then asks me to pull up while she took care of all the orders that came behind me. She then asked me to pull up and the cars behind me got their orders in a timely fashion. 20 minutes of waiting and I still did not recieve my food. She finally came out and asked me what my order was! I told her never mind and drove off. I didn't even go in and try to get my money back. I did report to corporate, with no response.

I'd give it 5 stars if the meat on our burgers had been fresh cooked instead of precooked cold on the bun. Our fries onion rings were absolute perfection, so you can imagine how disappointing our cold burgers were in comparison, yet how much more perfect the fries onion rings were because of that disappointment. This trip to Whataburger was kind of like kissing your high school boyfriend at the class reunion. You already know he's a jerk you don't have any unrealistic expectations for a relationship going forward, but it was kind of magical sweet while it lasted.
Worst location in the entire franchise. I love Whataburger, and go there any time I eat fast food. Sometimes I make the mistake of going to this location (the closest one to me) and I always pay dearly for it.This location SUCKS. You’ll wait to reach the speaker, wait even longer to place your order (routinely 5+ min. wait at speaker before placing order), and then you’ll really wait to get your food. The order is usually correct, but either the fries or the burger/sandwich is cold. Every time.Keep eating Whataburger, but avoid this location at all costs.
Has anyone ever been inside this place? I was shook to see so many cockroaches. Some dead and some sort of alive!!! They are even inside the lights in the ceiling. My daughter was mortified. I usually go to drive thru but happened to go inside cause my kids were going crazy in the car(you can expect to spend up to 20 minutes just waiting for your food) I can't lie and say the food isn't good though. We really enjoy getting breakfast from whataburger.
Run by children that can’t manage a fast food restaurant. You’ll sit in one of TWO lines (for whatever reason) for about 15-25 min in the morning before they even talk to you, they love to play busy and not look at the customer at the window which is highly unprofessional and at this point I expect nothing less from a whataburger.It’ll be my last time at this dump

I had went earlier to get a quick meal, and I specifically told them no mustard just a plain burger and they did it incorrectly . I go and tell one of the workers it has mustard just to receive the same one back with the mustard just off of the meat and just put a new bun . Terrible service and this isn 't the first time
