I've been passing by Whataburger for 5 years now, today my friend insisted that we stop for lunch and I'm really pleased that we did. First the place is super clean, then there's the smiles from behind the counter ... the burgers are loose-meat, and perfectly cooked, a choice of toppings is offered or you may pick what you wish, they've no trouble with special requests, as I like my fries cooked really well. It was just a nice experience with NO huge TV, and I now understand why so many people go there ... I FOR ONE WILL BE BACK!
Ordered through Uber Eats and order was prepared wrong. Spent $20 for a hamburger that was slapped together and came with mayo and ketchup when it was specifically ordered with Mustard and Ketchup. Called the store and the Manager said I would have to re-order and pay again....Well I'm for sure not going to spend $40 for a hamburger that would probably be made wrong again. Did not offer refund or to resend the order.
Whataburger is not just another burger chain. It sets the standard for great-tasting burgers at any price. Everything, from burgers to fries to drinks, is BIG and delicious! Most of them are open 24 hours a day! My personal favorite is the Whataburger with bacon and cheese. No mods needed; burgers don't get any better than this. -1 for religious poster on the window. Otherwise perfect!
Of all the chain burger joints, Whataburger is the best. Meat is fresh, cooked well, the bun is big and fresh, and toppings are very good. The price is reasonable and service is fast, with an employee bringing your meal to the table. The burger is big, one of the biggest of all the burger places. Been eating Whataburgers since the early 80's.

The food is good but you may starve to death waiting. I have been to this particular store many times and it takes a minimum of 20 minutes at the drive through and up to 30 if there are 4 vehicles in line. I thought it may be shift change but it happens at different times. I don't know what their issue is but I wish they would fix it.
Very unfortunately they closed the location on Wyoming Peseo del Norte...so I managed to find one on Osuna. Thank goodness because my green chili cheese burger was super and of course the fries are always great. Service was very fast and friendly. Guess I will have to drive a ways to get this fabulous burger!
All counter staff, 2 females (1 young, 1 senior) and 2 males (African American) were exceptional! Smiling and eager to assist, repeatedly. Thank you! Everyone was groomed and working as a team. Made a simple family meal memorable.
After lots of research, we have found the best burger on Earth and it 's served here. I recommend the #5 combo: Whataburger with Bacon and Cheese, Fries, and a medium (it 's big) Dr. Pepper. Oh yeah.

The food is severed hot. would like to see tables wiped down after people eat. You have to ask and they happy to do it.
Great burger!It is what a burger used to be and should be. Also the staff at Pat Dearco Blvd was great.
