My boyfriend bought some food from here yesterday evening and I found a black long hair in my hamburger meat and when I pulled it out some of the meat came with it. I called and told them about it and then came to the place here in Nederland. Asked for the manager and I gave her the receipt and showed her the hair and the food. I kept it to show them and she made me another one. Which I didn't want another one. Who's to say there isn't any hair in it. The burger I received was tough, dry, and burnt—totally unappetizing. My husband's burger was just as bad; there appeared to be a piece of plastic mixed in with the lettuce, as if someone had carelessly trimmed a bag and sprinkled it on. We will not be coming back. Each time we order from here, something seems to go awry, and as a family of five, we invest a lot of money. That's it—this is completely unacceptable!

What kinda fast food place does that , I had even asked the lady at the counter if I could pay for extra ketchup and she said ?ain?t no way you can pay for extra ketchup? like what the hell . I only come through the drive through at Whataburger. But that being said, my food has never been cold, has always been flavorful and the staff have always been quick and friendly. I have not been disappointed yet. I prefer here over other fast food joints.

The staff was friendly, but I left after waiting 20 minutes without anyone taking my order. I can't speak to the quality of the food since I never had the opportunity to try it.

Great biscuits and gravy!! Employees sometimes need a smile and better customer service but food and drink were great
What a classic! Still the best fast food burger in town. I would highly recommend this place.
