Who (female, dark hair, 20-25yo) worked the Drive-thru Nov. 1 between 12pm and 1pm, which I asked three times separately for sauce and confirmed, first at the order, second confirmation when she repeated the order to which she said: "Yes, you will get it" and third as I received the food. She needs to find another job, because guess what I haven't got. If you hate your job and hate the work with customers, you will find a new one. I hated working fast food, but my friend didn't mind. Guess who found a new job from us. I'm not trying to keep drive-thru lines, but next time I'll go absolutely.
The worst customer service. The worst food quality you ever get. Please wait 10 minutes in line to order the speaker, and please wait 10 minutes to get your COLD AND STALE food. Manager does not acknowledge or apologize for the inconvenience of this place will put into your day and “drive-thru” experience. May I also add that it is fine, is not better. No real greeting with the worst customer service. This place needs a whole range of employees. From administration to the person who even cleanses the bathroom. 0/10. Turn it off or get new employees who care about it to work and WORK.
I have been to Whataburger several times over the years and it has always been a good experience. The service is great and so is the food. It is one of my go-to burger places, hands down. Great burger place in Allen.
