I tried this place twice. The first time, I couldn't even hear me and my friends talk because the music was super loud. The food was overpriced and the portions were small. 6 buffalo wings shouldn't cost $13. The 2nd time I went, the place was empty andthey wanted to charge me a $5 cover...no live band or anything so I simply didn't go in. The bar is right next to my aptbuilding so I don't mind having just simple drink except it's never open on the week nights and as I type this, on Google saysit's open along with their Facebook page, but it's closed with the windows blacked out. Terrific place with a great staff. I work across the street and have been there numerous times. The food is excellent and high quality. As I have said to the bartenders and Drew quite a few times, it's very hard to know that they are open. It sounds like you are limited to how big and long signs can be but if there is one thing that I am sure of, if people don't know you are open, they won't be stopping by and pretty soon, they may lose interest. Have a HUGE GRAND OPENING with a band and stuff. Take a hit for one night. It will pay dividends. Bob Rogers
I booked this place for my company's holiday party. I followed with having lunch here to check out the food. It was DELISH!! They were gracious to shut the place down for our party. The owners and managers were all near for quick fixes and adjustmentsneeded. The food was delicious! The space is amazing with a rustic industrial look. Fun was had by all!! First time being there after renovation. They did a good job and the place looks nice and clean. The service was good and friendly. The meals have quality and taste. Mac and cheese was creamy, the raviolis were delicious, and the polenta was just perfect, not hard, not soft. I recommend this place.
I've been coming here since last December and I can honestly say the food specials get better and better each time. The car show finally started back up again so now I have even more reason to go there. highly recommend. try the whiskey burger and taco/trivia is worth the trip.

Whiskey Bar and Bistro has an atmosphere that is geared towards both the sports enthusiast as well as anyone looking for a good meal/drink in a classy place. The servers were attentive and the food was delicious! It's a great find and I highly recommend checking it out.

I enjoyed this place very grown and sexy. They had a great live salsa band. It would be great if they would do a live jazz night..I get that everyone wants to do salsa but salsa dancers don't drink they are too busy wanting to show off their moves.
