Food was marginal. The service left a lot to be desired!!!! ‘It was a family member’s birthday and I had made a cake. I asked the person who seated us if we could bring the cake in after dinner for her birthday. Response was “I don’t know, I will have to ask”. Never saw that hostess again until I went out to get the cake after dinner. She was chatting with another person at the front desk…..I guess my question slipped her mind…..Seeing as I never got an answer from the hostess I asked our waitress. Her response, I think you should be ok to bring it in. NOTHING mentioned about a fee…. (I’ve been to upper scale restaurants so it’s not like this was my first rodeo. Some charge a fee but many of...

We live local and have passed White Birch many times. We finally tried last week and I am just disappointed we waited this long. They were not too crowded since we went on a weekday. We were promptly greeted and sat. They are a small restaurant, but the ambiance and decor brighten it up. Our server was kind and offered us recommendations right away and explained how the menu works. It is an a la carte menu. We chose to order the Onion Tart appetizer. The server explained how this was taken off the menu then brought back because it was so popular. I can see why that is. It was presented so well and tasted unbelievable. We could have eaten several of them. I ordered the soup bowl. Despite it b...

For our main courses, my wife chose the bronzino, while I went for the pork roulade. My wife’s bronzino was excellent, but my pork roulade was disappointing. It resembled a mound of overly salty pulled pork, reminiscent of corned beef hash, resting on a pool of gooey polenta mixed with broccoli rabe—a rather unappetizing mess. The biggest downside of White Birch was the live music. I appreciate live performances, but the restaurant's layout caused the sound to bounce around the space, making it nearly impossible for us to have a conversation without raising our voices. In summary, I don’t think I’ll be returning. It seems the restaurant is caught between being an upscale farm-to-table din...

We were excited to try White Birch and were pretty disappointed. The Thai mussels were delish but otherwise the food was painfully average. The worst part of the experience was the service it was disorganized and poor. Our waitress brought me the wrong appetizer and then after waiting 15 minutes to bring out the right appetizer we assumed she would bring my husband's second course salad at the same time (which was completely forgotten about). She ended up bringing it out with the mains but this time the side dish was missing. I was excited to have the chicken with romesco sauce on it, but the waitress misrepresented what was on the dish (romanesco cauliflower vs romesco). She then stopped com... Book a table now

I visited this restaurant for the first time last night and was thrilled with every part of our experience. The ambiance is lovely and incredibly calming. The staff is exceptionally friendly and attentive. Our server, Christina, was truly wonderful. As a vegan, I was a bit hesitant about their ability to accommodate my dietary needs, but after calling ahead, they assured me they could help. They even prepared a special dish just for me, and it was fantastic! We will definitely be returning multiple times. I highly recommend giving this place a try!

Seating at the 2-top tables is very uncomfortable and require physically moving to get in and out of.Food was fairly bland, but not bad. Just not worth the cost. Steak came out cold, not even warm. Salmon came out burnt.Starters were heavy in oil giving them bland taste and slimy texture.Server was very friendly and polite though she seemed confused as what she told us (story of the restaurant and menu options) was different than what she told the next table to be seated near us.Cocktails were unique and tasty.

This locally sourced menu is unreal, but our server Jules truly made the night an experience. She was the friendliest and most accommodating server we've had the pleasure to take care of us. If you're looking for great food and service on a weekend, call White Birch and ask for Jules.

Extremely overpriced. We weren't aware that the weekend we went they were still serving their set Valentines day menu. They charge a corkage fee which is the cost of their cheapest bottle of wine $45). Other than that, our waitress and bartender were fantastic.Food: 2/5 Book a table now

Second time at black birch. Poor experience overall and a general sense of unsatisfaction. Too lazy to write details but I'm calling this a dud for lack of consistency and a pricy mistake.
