Everything was wonderful! The staff was friendly and helpful, and I loved the hot food and beautiful decorations. It was my grandson's birthday, and the White Castle team surprised us with a lovely cake to celebrate. Thank you for the amazing experience! I'm already looking forward to next year's Valentine's Day.
The last few times I ordered fish sandwiches, the fish was burnt. Was told by a supervisor that they weren't burnt just a Lil brown because of burners. Instead of apologizing for my order being ruined. ???? terrible location
I don't remember the young man name who where doing the drive thru.... But he has great customer service skills and the energy to match.... They are lucky to have him I would love to make him a part of my team
White Castle food is alright. But the app is awesome. Get your free fries and slider with a soda for joining. Always a recete for a freebie is cool too . The store was CLEAN ???????????? Book a table now
The staff are usually very nice especially at night. But no more clam strips and no more shrimp nibblers? Back to eating burgers or fish and chips that make you run to the bathroom!
This is an excellent restaurant that I would highly recommend to family and friends. The service is exceptional, the prices are reasonable, and the food is delicious.
Took my daughter for her 1st slider! She loved it. Great meal deals. We got 10 cheeseburgers a sack of fries and a sack of chicken rings for $24. Not bad.
