My experience at White Castle was quite disappointing. It was my first time trying their food, and I ended up with a stomach bug for several days after eating their popcorn shrimp. The shrimp was greasy, overly crispy, and had an odd taste. Some pieces were even undercooked. I ordered a large portion but ended up throwing most of it away. The cheeseburger and fries were served cold as well. Overall, I was really let down during my first visit. The food did not live up to my expectations. On a positive note, the cashier was friendly enough.
So let me start by saying many have had a bad experience at this location, but I've never been one of those. EVERY TIME that I've gone service was excellent. They never got my order wrong. I didn't give a rating for the atmosphere because I only do to go. I gave it a four because the flavor of the food has changed. I've been eating sliders since I was 16, and I'm now 60.
The breakfast menu is way too expensive—$10 for just a couple of egg sliders? I'll never order that again. The food didn't taste good at all. I would have gotten a better deal at a fast food place. I understand that prices have increased, but I've definitely learned my lesson. It also took 10 minutes to get my meal at the drive-thru. Order at your own risk!
Such a fun Valentine's Night at White Castle! The restaurant was spotless, the decorations festive and fun, the service outstanding and the food was fresh, hot and tasty. What more could you ask for? Will definitely return.

Great time for Valentine's Day. BYOB and table service with decorations all around. Even on the tables. The waitress was great and so were the other staff. First time there for this occasion. Definitely will be back.

Absolutely terrible! My stomach will never recover. The wait times are outrageous. Fellow diners, please be cautious about where you choose to eat. If possible, it's better to eat at home.
Got very expensive a meal with 4 sliders and a 3pc mozzarella stick will run you 16$ thats
