The worse White Castle ever! U gotta go to WC in new Jersey much better service, food, presentation and ppl! This place wouldn’t or “couldn’t” even add extra meat to my burgers!! There’s no button for extra meat! Every fast food burger joint in this country has a way to charge you MORE! ??? and ur telling me you don’t? So ur just leaving money in ppls pockets and willingly?!? McDonald’s corp executive team would laugh u guys out of the room! But hey I digress. This was one difficult experience and I LOVE WC! This made me regret stopping and I wish I went to McDonald or even the frozen food section in the market and saved myself the hassle. And this was the manager I was dealing with.. crazy...
Skylar is the most ineffective manager I’ve encountered. When I attempted to escalate a complaint to the general manager, she said she wasn’t permitted to provide that contact information and that there was no way to reach anyone regarding concerns. Her customer service skills are lacking, and she constantly rolled her eyes, which suggested a complete disregard for basic courtesy.
I visited on April 9, 2024, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The service was quite slow, and the restrooms were not clean. The dining area also left a lot to be desired, with dirty tables and trash scattered on the floor. In fact, there were only three of us as customers, yet at least three employees were just standing around chatting.
Great food and service. Floors looked like they could use a good cleaning but otherwise a good experience. Friendly staff and quick service. Burgers are definitely slider size but cheap for what you get. Would definitely return.
