My wife and I stopped to get a quick bite to eat. We went inside to order because like always, drive thru had a long line. Anyway, i needed to go to the bathroom really bad. I was told that the restrooms were not opened. How can you be serving ppl inside and not have restrooms available? Then we waited in front at the register, and waited and waited but no one seemed to want to take our order, so we walked out. We were the only ones inside. This is not the first time. Their customer service at this location is absolutely horrible!!! Will take my business somewhere else where we are appreciated as a customers and can use the restroom!!
they force you to use the drive in the night, so there is a long waiting time in the rule. they only get my order ca. 70% from the time I always order my cheeseburger without ketchup and had to actually return to the restaurant to repair my order so make sure that their order is correct before they dive away!
the service was bad, from the beginning to the cash, couldn't update my combo with abi, and I had to repeat everything 3 times, I was overloaded, and did not receive my entire order after a very long time waiting on the line.
white castle is a great place since my childhood, with many dingen now gone, the best of white castle it has never been disappointed several decades later. do not sleep on the $30 box, it is a party gift?.
