We had an amazing experience at this restaurant. We ordered a lot of food, and everything was delivered perfectly. We placed our order through the app to take advantage of a 20% discount promotion. The mozzarella sticks were delicious, and the jalapeño cheese sliders and onion rings were fantastic too. We also bought a color-changing coffee mug to celebrate their 100th anniversary, which was a lot of fun. I highly recommend this place!
This is our 3rd or 4th year at White Castles for Valentines Day. Our server, young African American man, who did an EXCELLENT job. He was moving the whole time, busing tables, dressing the tables, filling drinks, he was AMAZING. He won me over when he greeted us at the door... please tell him he made out night with his great customer service!! The burgers were good, like the shrimp poppers, will be grabbing those for Lent for sure!!
I visited this restaurant while I was in Kentucky from Los Angeles, where the only option we have is frozen ones from the grocery store. Honestly, I prefer the frozen boxed versions. I wasn't really impressed with the food here. I tried the 1921 style, but the meat was dry and tough. I usually prefer the regular ones with cheese. Also, what’s up with the fries here? Everywhere I’ve gone has served cold fries.
The restaurant was clearly understaffed during my visit, but the two employees on duty handled the situation well. They communicated the delay effectively, provided an accurate estimate of the wait time, and served my food promptly—everything was hot and correct. Valentine’s Day at White Castle is always special. This is our 6 Th year of going to Fern Creek White Castle. The service was great and the waiter even wore dress black slacks complete with a white buttoned up shirt and bow tie. Food was hot and fresh. The decorations and white table cloths along with the Valentine’s Day dinner menu was over the top! We loved it!
our server was great for Valentine's Day! very polite. when we came in, it was decorated for the occasion and even had white tablecloths. my man and I thought it would be very cool. it will do next year again.
Not enough help. The wait staff had no idea who the food went to... doors locked people had to bang on the door to get in .... reservations were not done correctly...
