we were greeted when we entered and sat by a host. as our reservation was later, it looked like some of the employees just went through the movements. once we placed our order, eating out quite quickly. you had to get your own serviettes, ketchup and drink after filling. this was our first time for this event, but I would have thought for the experience they would have been more attentive. overall it was funny and we had a good meal. would recommend it again.

my man, whom I have been going to white castle for years, is the location maryland heights one of the best. the employees seem to enjoy doing table service, go on by waiting for them, better than some of the high-end restaurants we were! we will always enjoy eating, I always try the new offers, along with the usual cheeseburgers! thanks to the staff that we make our Valentine's Day another fun without waiting, lines, snobby staff!

Went here for the Valentines Day date night. Very fun for a cheap date. Girl friend wanted to go here. Defiantly needed reservations to get in here on Valentines Day.
Great time and great service. You must go in knowing your server is normally behind a counter. Be kind and patient and you too will have a great time.
