Then when we were getting ready to head to the restaurant I went into the Open Table app to get the address and my reservation was no longer there. This was a very disappointing experience- it took over 20 minutes after placing drink orders for them to arrive and then our main courses took 45 minutes to arrive for which the waitress was apologetic in both cases but ...... I ordered the Orecchiette Pasta which was so bitter it was inedible. The dish came with broccoli rabe which is naturally bitter but this dish had nothing in it to balance the bitterness. Waitress didn't return until the rest of my party had finished eating and she did offer to bring a different dish however at the point we were just ready to leave. Superb food, wonderful service and we were late because we got a flat tire on the way. When I apologized I was told "no problem.. My firend stayed outside to call AAA for help. I said that we would wait until she came before we ordered. The gentleman behind the counter offered change her tire now!! She was on hold with AAA and stopped the call. He found the donut tire and the jack and in a few minutes he fixed the tire and refused to take any money for his efforts!! And then he came back and told us he had put air in the tire so we didn 't have to do that either. White Dog food, service, and its employees are in a class by themselves. Thank you!!!
I have been here 3 times previously and enjoyed my experience. However, this time the service was slow, although the restaurant was not full at all. My order was wrong. I don’t eat red meat and a great big slap of bacon was on my sandwich. I don’t believe anyone in my party was happy with the meal. Everyone took a bag home. Also, it appears the prices have increased significantly and they charge a 5% fee to use a credit card I don’t recall that in my previous visits. Not sure if I would recommend.

This was one of our go tos and in recent times we've been disappointed more often than not. The food is still good, it's just not great. The service in particular is an issue. Slow , unfriendly and snappy when we pointed out some mistakes. Slow to refill water and drinks. Nothing earth shattering, it's just limited our wish to go back, in particular in connection with the price point. Service: Dine in
This place is absolutely PHENOMENAL!!! I cannot express enough how wonderful my experience was! The food is delicious and such a great array of flavors. The service was excellent. The choices of waffles are quite interesting and I would give it a try. The eggs are prepared the way you requested which is a big deal. A number of times they are messed up. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
First time dining at this establishment and I did enjoy my food, and the ambience. I will return to White dog Café in the future and I would most likely try a different location.
