When packing deserts it would be helpful it the cashier doesn’t just throw the cake on top of the bag, sliding sideways, toppings falling off and one side crushed against the plastic container and then just handing you the bag, .and surprised that the customer is concerned about it. Otherwise would have been 5 stars. Update. Second time now a cake is damaged during checking out and bagging as bagger focused on conversation with checker tilts the cake into the bad flattening one side of the frosting as the cake slides into the plastic lid. I love this store, it's great! has a great variety of organic goods. They have a really good meat dept, a really good produce dept, bakery and alcohol dept. I like to come in and do my shopping 30 min. prior to closing, it's the best! I know all the staff has had a long day because any other time I've gone shopping they are extremely busy. So, even after their long day they stay on point and treat everyone with TLC; I've seen it and always experience it! The prices are a little more but you get better quality.

This may be my new favorite Whole Foods. It was super clean, staff was beyond helpful and it wasn't busy at ALL for a Saturday. I would highly recommend you setting this one as your Whole Foods choice! *They even put fresh flowers in the bathroom

Nice store, all staff are really polite and kind. They tried to help me to find a lot things and I’m appreciate it. Clean store and good parking. They have a lot natural products. It’s so nice. Thank you for your job

Love WHOLE FOODS!!! SO CLEAN AND STOCKED SO WELL. Everything is so fresh . Plenty of workers to help. Cashier's too! Enjoy shopping there. On Rand rd. In Lake Zurich , Illinois
