We ordered a family package of chili dogs from this restaurant, but when we got home, we found that they were simply plain hotdogs with no chili, ketchup, or mustard. I called to speak to a manager about the issue, but was told there was no manager available to help me. Despite leaving my contact information, I never received a follow-up call.
The young lady who tended to me was kind respectful. Overall the food experience was good. The only thing that bothered me was that my family I couldn't eat inside the restaurant had to sit outside.
No frills with great customer service place. Staff member walked up to your car to serve you instead of waiting for you to pull up to the drive-through window.
I appreciate that they accept expired coupons, which is a nice touch. The food quality is consistently good and I had no issues with the customer service.
