The women was constantly rude and kept putting the phone down and this isn’t the first time we’ve had to deal with her rudeness!! We will NEVER go there again!!!! There’s no need for rudeness!! How they have a functioning business is beyond me!!! Oh and then now we’ve just had a phone call from the bank saying an unauthorised transaction had taken from them!!!! Absolute idiots!!! Not what u want!!! Zero customer service and zero quality!! Check your statements people!!!! Rubbish!!!!!!
Extremely rude from the point of answering the phone to the food. Below average food and even lower customer service. If you can’t speak English properly or have any kind of manners then maybe hire someone who can actually speak English rather than shouting at them down the phone. Just remember you need us customers more than we need you. Because there’s thousands of different outlets that we can choose from yet you can pick your customers in order to survive.
My wife got a piece of chicken in her chilli chips, (she's vegetarian) and when I rang to politely let them know what they had done, just for future reference, not to complain as such because I used to work at the place for the previous owner, the woman on the phone all but called me a liar and said I'd not ordered from her shop and was very rude, even after I explained that I wasn't mistaken as I used to work there. So rude that I'll never use the shop again.
If I could rate this zero I would and this is purely based on the rude woman that answers the phone. I called to place an order, woman abruptly says ‘too far’ and hangs up. The food could be totally fantastic but I will never order from here and I will tell everyone I know to boycott it. Good customer service goes a long way these days. Lots of complaints about the woman on google too. Book a table now
2 hours ringed to see where the meal was and they weared answer and it came 2 hours late we had to wait 120 minutes and not happy she ruined our excitement for our Christmas really smoking felt betrayed I can’t even say it tasted nice thing’ve as long as it took, I can’t even say it’ve been like it's like it's like it's about everything that was.
Food was perfect! Chicken and Prawn balls were delicious. Singapore Chow Mein was absolutely amazing and the Peri Peri chips are fantastic. Also, the egg fried rice and sauce was to die for. I would not go anywhere else, really kind and friendly service and the food was delivered so quickly. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!!!! I 100% recommend.
A really arrogant female member of staff works here behind the counter. I asked to speak to the manager/owner, sadly he does not fully understand what you are saying to him. When my order was ready she threw the bag across the counter at me.
Lovely food but I wish they wouldn’t use MSG as it’s unsafe and can make me feel very shaky. They could cook without it but unfortunately they choose not to. I would have scored higher if they didn’t use it but sadly they do. Book a table now
would not order from here again, lady on the phone is so rude and laughed when you ask if a court could be made something different. very sarcastic commentary and very horrible to us. will go from now on.
