I recently ordered takeout from this restaurant and overall, it was a decent experience. The food was satisfactory, earning a solid three out of five – it wasn't extraordinary, but it met my expectations. The service was also average, receiving the same three-star rating, as it was neither particularly attentive nor inattentive. However, what really stood out was the atmosphere; I would give it a four out of five. The restaurant had a pleasant ambiance that would make it a nice spot to dine in, despite my choice to take my meal to go.
I stopped by for a coffee, as I often do at various places. However, the staff were inattentive and didn't take my order correctly, even after two attempts. The coffee was both too hot and watery. I'm not sure why they are operating without proper training in customer service or barista skills. I won't be returning.

The service has really declined recently. A few months ago, there was a friendly and attentive guy who made the experience enjoyable, but he was let go. Now, we have a staff member who is cold and lacks attentiveness.
