My family had a wonderful time visiting Covent Garden, exploring the shops and watching the street performers. However, when it came time for dinner, we found most of the restaurants in the area to be too crowded, noisy, overpriced, or not suitable for our children. Luckily, Wildwood was just a short walk away (1 or 2 blocks) and turned out to be the perfect choice for us. The spacious restaurant had no wait time, and the service was quick and friendly. They even provided crayons for the kids and a selection of wines and beers for the adults. We went for dinner after a day out and about in London, we didn’t book and we we wet when we arrived. They greeted us with warmth and took us to a table downstairs, it was comfortable and light and very clean. The waitress Hannan came quickly and took our drinks order, and from then in was very attentive without being intrusive. The food was delicious and the wait time was acceptable, we all had different dishes and they were equally fabulous. I had to send mine back for a slight adjustment and it was changed immediately and without any uncomfortable confrontation. All in all we had a lovely experience here and would happily go back anytime we are that way.
I visited here with my mum and sister before a show at shaftesbury theatre. The place was lovely, very clean and welcoming. The staff were lovely and attentive. We had a bottle of prosecco which came out quickly and very cold. Food was excellent, we shared a couple starters which came out quickly. Mains had lots of choice, came out very hot and well presented. Great food and great atmosphere. Will definely return.
I visited here with my husband on Saturday 9 September 23. It was a very humid afternoon so we sat outside. The staff were very attentive especially the lady from Poland. We both ordered cobb salad. It was the most delicious salad I’ve had in a long time. The tortilla chips and roasted sweetcorn made it.we shared a bottle of white wine and a tiramisu. Would definitely visit again.

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant with excellent staff and amazing food. The atmosphere was brilliant and I visited with my daughter and granddaughter as my daughter is starting university at UCL. I will definitely be back next time I am in London. Even though it is quite a distance from Middlesbrough, it is definitely worth the visit.
Lovely helpful staff and service but although the food looked good it was more or less tasteless. We had baked aubergine and cob salad. A mystery how it was bland. Also downstairs the chair upholstery is badly in need of cleaning.
This restaurant is absolutely amazing! The prices are very reasonable for the incredible food and great atmosphere. The staff is lovely and the service is super quick. I highly recommend this place for a fantastic meal!
Great find just off Covent Garden and was very surprised with the price for the location. The food was great and looking around at what others were having would definitely go back . Staff were very friendly.

Late lunch for 5, quickly served, very friendly staff, great up-market fast food, drink prices reasonable, overall good value for money, no fuss in and out, everybody happy.
Very nice food, and excellent service. Would thoroughly recommend this restaurant if you are looking for somewhere for a pre-theatre meal.
