We used to go here every couple of months and the food and service has been very good, however our last visit (25 May) the food was exceptionally poor. Of the 4 of us only one said their meal was OK. The chicken schnitzel was very dry, also the chicken parmigiana that had a bit of a stale taste as well. The Sirloin steak presented well but had a tainted taste as if out of date. Noticed another recent review says "Under new management" maybe that explains why the quality is down and the prices up
Ate here after watching the Football downstairs. Both our dishes were terrible, One was the Christmas in July Roast. Amazing how the Kitchen could stuff up a simple meal. Sad in the past the food in Willows has been very good.Even the Service has slipped, there was a desert that came with the Deal, only two choices but twice two different Ladies brought out the wrong desert, third time lucky but the was very ordinary. My last visit here until I hear they have new managers.
Had a lovely night here with my family Kids are very well looked after at the kids club with qualified staff to look after them and give us a chance to talk and eat knowing the kids are enjoying themselves just metres away.Prices are little expensive for a club though
We used to go here once or twice a month but not anymore... It's gone downhill since new management took over. Quality- down Serving size- down Dishes to choose on menu- less Prices- up Restaurant Management- arrogant Too many other restaurants to dine at instead

My wife and son had dinner at Willows recently. Service is always good and food delivered quickly. The seafood basket was great and my sons Scotch fillet looked great. Prices are good and members get a discount. Definitely will eat there again.
We ordered steak, cooked to perfection and the chips, best in Sydney, really crunchy, just the way I like them. For a club, the food is exceptional, service good too.
Nice food but a little on the expensive side if you are not a member. Very busy restaurant but everyone catered for. Staff are always welcoming
