There was a freaking bug/roach like bug on the counter while checking out, upside down, legs just going so slow, like it had been there for a while and no one moved it, absolutely disgusting and I told the cashier ?you might wanna get this, this is disgusting?. He grabbed a napkin and removed it, didn?t wash his hands, didn?t wipe down the counter, just got back to the register and took our Payment, we did NOT eat the food, and I didn?t wanna make a scene so I just got the food and left. If you're planning to visit this restaurant, I strongly recommend going in person instead of placing an order online. It seems they receive a high volume of online orders, which often leads to delays of 30 to 60 minutes. Unfortunately, it can be difficult to determine the exact wait times, as orders frequently take longer than the estimated time provided. I really wish they would improve their communication about the status of orders and how far along they are in the preparation process. Additionally, during my last few visits, I noticed that some of the chips were not fried properly — they were just soggy tortillas with oil on them.
I really love Willy's, but I'm frustrated that every time I order delivery, the salsa is almost never included, despite having the option to select it. I've tried including notes asking for salsa, even going as far as naming my order "salsa please." During the pandemic, I had to argue in-store for extra salsa more than once. I don't understand why it's even an option if it takes no effort to throw it in the bag. The salsa is already in individual containers next to the chips and toppings. Please either ensure salsa is included with delivery or remove the option altogether!
The short elder lady adding the toppings always has an attitude. She gets mad if she adds something I didn?t order and then insists that I eat it like that. After lots of no?s she changes them in a bad way saying I don?t know why you don?t like them like that. Very bad service.

My visit was ok the burrito steak was watery taste like roast beef to salty the guy with the dreads don't give the best customer service playing around with the food. Food suppose to hot fresh the way the customers like it. Hope my experience be better next time.
I got a steak burrito from here and my friend got the chicken burrito. We have Togo and when we came home with our order. Steak was very dry. There was not enough rice, beans and protein on the Burritos for the price we paid. Very disappointed with this place.
That's where my 5 years old loves to go. We drive there and the staff are always warm and patient with anyone walking through the door. It is our neighborhood spot, even if it is a chain, they make it cozy and chill.
The food was delicious (as usual), but even more impressive was how patients they were with my two Kiddos orders! They asked the children's cans what they wanted. Sunday evening dinner was delicious easy!

Food was absolutely great! They have improved their seating capacity which makes the dining experience very enjoyable. The staff was very nice and extremely friendly.
