Waleska and Annabel are dedicated employees who strive to provide excellent service to their customers. While there can be a bit of chaos, especially with some loud middle-aged men reminiscing about the old days during the evening hours, I admire how these two manage to navigate such a busy environment. Most of the patrons are older adults or students from nearby public schools. One of my favorite meals here is a veggie sandwich on nine-grain bread, paired with a medium dark roast iced black coffee and a small chocolate donut. Although I don’t come here frequently, I plan to visit every other week.
I entered this morning feeling great, but that quickly changed once I placed my order. The cashier, Lucy M., had a really unfriendly attitude. Instead of taking my order politely, she demanded it and even made faces right in front of me. Whenever I didn't respond to her questions quickly and accurately, she showed clear signs of annoyance. By the time I left, my good mood had completely vanished. I don't frequent this place often because of her, and now I can say with certainty that I won't be coming back. Terrible customer service!
This is the best place ever! The staff is incredibly friendly! It's a spot where my dad and I like to meet; they know him as Champ because he always comes in for coffee and a donut. Their breakfast bagel is absolutely amazing! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
This is a straightforward spot to grab either a single donut or a dozen. The donuts are always fresh, being made on the same day. I enjoy visiting here with my best friend for some snacks and a good chat!

This isn’t my first visit to the restaurant. Each time I come, the staff seems quite indifferent and often looks unhappy. I ordered a hot chocolate, but it ended up tasting more like water.
Bad service they tried to charge me 3 because they said they dint charge that my mistake was throwing away the recipe the first time I paid them again on second but not the 3 time
The service is very good and I have been tasting here for long time I have the opportunity to recommend and also they are open 24 hours. Thank you guy .
I stopped by for a smoothie, but they were “out of milk”—just like they always are every time I visit.
