Absolutely terrible service with food to match. We waited at least 30 minutes for a v small order while many other orders filled presumably on-line orders. The excuse given was cook had to call his manager??? Chicken tenders were dry and stringy and the chicken sandwich seriously overcooked. In addition the cashier didn’t know the menu or the prices and was hesitant and uncertain. It was our first and last time.
Ordered #4, traditional wings, fries flavor. This is exactly how i like my wings...crispy, meaty and smothered in sauce. I went with honey bbq and garlic parm fries. Fries weren't bad. Didn't taste any flavor initially and they didn't look like there was any flavoring but they were ok. I didn't realize there was an upcharge for flavored fries but it was just a buck. Will definitely be back to try more flavors.
price inflation is ridiculous. $16.95 for a 10 piece ground wing is simply not worth it. especially compared to other places in the opposite. as their website says, traditional 10 pieces is $11.79 and they call and order and they quote and they come and it is $15.99. it would be understandable if it were quoted to the employees as tipp, but nope at the lower end of my reception 18% twas as $19,83. smh

The food is so good.the cornbread was so good , the chicken was hot and juicy.Street corn was excellent.I didn't rate the Atmosphere because my food was delivered. I called and spoke with the Manager, to let them know how impressed with my experience and she was so friendly and pleasant. WING SNOB IS THE BOMB.
Sauce is terrible, doesn’t matter what sauce I try it feels like the sauce is missing something. The fries are good and the ranch is good. Chicken is fried good but the flavor of the sauce of there wings is mid. I love chicken wings if wing snob improves their sauce they would be better.Food: 3/5
The lack of customer service at this restaurant is disappointing. I would give zero stars if I could, but for now, just a thumbs down. Regardless of how good the wings may taste, I have no intention of returning.
