I offered to pay in cash, and he asked me to wait again, making me wait an additional five minutes just to inform me that they were actually closed. The service here was terrible, and I can't help but think about how many customers they might lose due to this experience. I don’t often write reviews or complain about service, but I felt it was important to bring this to the owner's attention regarding the behavior of their staff and how it could affect their business. As a small business owner myself, it truly worries me to see employees display such a blatant disregard for someone else's livelihood.
A few weeks ago, I placed a sizable order and I have to commend Melissa, the manager at the Bellmore location, for her outstanding service! We encountered some issues while ordering online, so we opted to call in our order instead. Melissa was extremely patient and kind over the phone, and even more delightful in person. When I arrived to pick up my order, she made sure everything was correct. She maintained a professional yet friendly demeanor throughout the entire experience. The food was also delicious—fresh and full of flavor. I will definitely be coming back to this location!
I originally intended to grab a sub from Jersey Mike's in Lindenhurst, but after a disappointing experience with them, I decided to try Wing Zone instead. What a great choice! I went in for just a meal and ended up walking away with enough food for my entire family. It turned out to be a wonderful situation, and the owner/manager was very kind to us. One of the staff members even had the same name as me and shared similar interests, which made it feel like a family atmosphere. I absolutely love this place!
Visited Wing Zone last week—encountered rude staff and overpriced, soggy chicken with incorrect ingredients. Definitely not worth the 15-20 minute wait. I’d rather make the 35-minute trip to Wingstop than come here for just 15 minutes.

Best Wings in the Czech Republic! I visit at least 2-3 times a month. The atmosphere is fantastic, and the staff make you feel right at home. It's the perfect spot to watch sports, enjoy a beer, and savor those delicious wings!

The wings were tasty, but a few of them were overcooked and could have been improved. This was my first visit to the restaurant, and I noticed it was quite small.

Last night, I visited this restaurant for a quick snack and ordered 15 hot wings. It was my first time there, and I have to say, the wings were outstanding!
I had the most amazing honey BBQ sauce! The chips were extremely crispy and seasoned just right. The funnel cakes were exceptional!
