Well long story short after waiting A while to order we order $40 worth of food I asked for my ? to have extra shake...Now there were about 10 people in the kitchen. You would think they would give you order right but no...When the order is finally ready, we ask if everything in the bag and the guy behind the counter says it should be .. That 's not a good sign, so we put the bag down and check and lo and behold they were missing our cajun chicken sandwich an our 8 piece boneless order..We hadn 't even left the building. We go to the counter and tell him, he says I need to see the bag..We give him the bag and then he says, what kind of chicken sandwich did you order because they hadn 't even...
I placed an order here last night where I ordered a 20 pc BONE IN meal and two Boneless meals and once the food was delivered to my house I realized that all the chicken was boneless when I attempted to call back I was placed on hold for 40 mins and Idecided to contact management the next day.... When I contacted management I spoke with a manager by the name of OSCAR andexplained to him about the issue I had the prior night where the employee took my order and made a mistake ... Oscar then beganto tell me that His Employee's are fully trained and would NEVER mess up while taking customer's orders because they know torepeat the order back to them. Very discussed and disappointed. I thought by ordering only a hour after they open, my food would be the freshest smh I spent $22 on a combo that had old cold fries over cooked hard chicken. It was obvious the fries was old, they was hard and filled with grease, which had me to believe they put old fries back in hot grease to heat them up. I ate two fries and a few of my chicken because I was hungry but I had to trash it. I didn’t check my food until I drove to my destination, but wish I did because I would’ve got my money back. Never again?
I had a great experience with the fast and friendly service at this restaurant. Unlike most wing places that only have one register open, this location had at least three staff members taking orders. The person who took my order even suggested a flavor I had never encountered before: buffalo wings with lemon pepper. It sounded intriguing!

Despite having a sign stating that they accept EBT (Food Stamps), this particular location only has ONE item that a person could buy with them, and that's a small boneless combo with a dinner roll and a 16oz water bottle. Really inconvenient if you'replanning to get anything else via such a payment option with low income (in my opinion)
Ordered some late night wings from here, but I was craving chicken. And they did not let me down. Made my order exactly how I ordered it. The wings were fresh and crispy, and the fries were ice and crispy as well. 10 out of 10.
Busy take-out fast food place. although have good number of employees it takes longer than usual to get your order.tasty chicken wings with verity of flavors. Small dining area and noisy to enjoy the food .
I absolutely love this Wingstop! My food is always exceptional. They are clearly putting in extra effort to ensure that orders are delivered promptly. This location operates like a well-oiled machine!

Forgot sodas. For all the combos. Okay I get it. But to then ask for my receipt and not remember me. I just left home and came back. Horrible. Never coming back. Thank God I had my receipt.
