This was my first time EVER eating at wingstop. I got two chicken sandwiches and both were nasty and wrong. I ordered a Korean and barbecue chicken sandwich with NO PICKLES. Both sandwiches had pickles and they put chicken tenders on them not a wholechicken BREAST. The Korean one was dripping with sauce and the barbecue one had little to NO SAUCE on it. I waited over a hourto get nasty cold chicken sandwiches with chicken tenders on it. DON'T EAT THERE YALL GO TO ANOTHER WINGSTOP
I have ordered from this Wing Stop several times and each time I was disappointed. They either messed up my order or had items missing from my order. Wing stop clearly not this location is one of my favorite places to order wings. Nonetheless, this place has poor food quality my items are never fresh and lack seasoning or flavor. Which is disappointing being that they are suppose to be flavorful isn't the the entire point of wing stop.
This location is absolutely awful. I ordered 25 boneless wings but only received 15. They issued me a credit, but redeeming it was a nightmare. Eventually, I finally got the credit they owed me. However, to top it all off, they had the audacity to chop up chicken tenders and serve them to me as boneless wings. I will never spend another penny at this place. There's no point in complaining again when the service could be any worse.
Very clean , good wings especially the latto lemon herb wings . It took a while for us to receive the food but in all fairness it was the end of the night and slightly packed . Mike the manager I believe took charge to make sure our order was corrected and hot ! He gave us great customer service. And seems to be a hard worker along with his team . I came back with family 2 days later ! Book a table now
I?ve been here before and had a pretty good experience. Today had an order of old bay chicken wings they were tasteless, didn?t taste fresh either and if I had some ranch it probably would have been bearable but they didn?t have any ranch, really???straight disappointing. It?s these type of experiences that deter me from bothering to go in and that?s probably bestanyway????????
Stopped in here while on the road. Fantastic staff. Seriously. Super nice and helpful, checked on us multiple times even though it is not a sit down restaurant. Shoutout to the young gentleman who took our order at the front. Food was also very good and was pleased. Definitely would recommend.
Got there at 10:30 and the doors were locked. Knocked on the door and the employees just put their hands up. Waited till 10:45, still locked. We went next door for lunch.-Pulling out of the parking spot and they are now opening at 11:06. One Employee is trying to fight a customer..... unreal
The wings here are decent, but the fries are consistently overcooked. We've received the wrong order multiple times. The staff's attitude leaves much to be desired. I think I'll be dining somewhere else from now on. Book a table now
The restaurant is understaffed and the staff can be rude to customers. No matter what time you arrive, the wait for food is always at least 40 minutes.
